|Just saw an article comparing prices for one bedroom flats in different US cities but, rather than the prices, it's the assumed size of the flats that shocked me. 650sq.ft - that's over 60sq.m! And that was for NYC, a city I would have assumed to have tiny flats. Because 60sq.m. is huge! I've seen three bedroom flats that fit inside 55sq.m. around here... and my own flat is just over 30sq.m. and it's not too shabby. |
Or maybe the numbers they stated incorrect generalisations.
