A huge "thank you" to my parents for going with my crazy ideas and being totally on-board with my declaring over Skype a few weeks ago that we need to have a pseudo-Thanksgiving on the 28th since I was going to be at home, for once! They had this huge chunk of pumpkin waiting for me when I arrived and it's those things and what else can one ask for? Pumpkin pie! I have to say it came out really well this time.
