I just discovered BBC4's Infinite Monkey Cage the other day and I want to be friends with almost everyone who has ever been a participant. I just listened to the Christmas special and they had Chris Hadfield and Brian Blessed and there was a hilarious theologist, Francesca Stavrakopoulou (had to google her name, that's quite a few number of letters there!), who kept on referring to Jesus as the "magic baby", and there was also Richard Coles who is a reverend and whom I didn't even mind! Everyone was obviously fangirling/boying Chris Hadfield... and there was a lovely discussion about the history of the bible and why the different parts were written when they were written. And just it was a great episode and yeah... I just want to keep it in a box and take it out to listen to it whenever I have a day when only puppies and kittens can make things better. So yeah. I suppose the show airs on BBC4 at some point for those who listen to the radio and it's also available as a podcast, apparently as an extended version of what's aired on the radio.
