9pm reflections...

I love the ADIML community but I find lots of the posts disturbing. Most of them contain people taking pills and showing it off proudly and naming every single one of them and saying what they do. Not just vitamin pills but all kind of stuff.
For a while I took like half a C-vitamin pill thing every day but then that got too troublesome and I didn't really care and it's not like I really needed it. So should I consider myself lucky that I don't have to take any pills at all? The last time I had to take anything stronger than an UPSA aspirin that was back in June or July with the whole "anti-biotics for two weeks" fiasco, I'm never taking anti-biotics again, I never ever want to feel that bad again!
So yes, I think I'll answer my own question, I am lucky and thank god I've always had doctors who have always preferred smiling at me and telling that the less medication I get into my body, the better. Still, people being proud of taking stuff... I guess that's how the world turns and to each one their own.
Oh yes, and I'm now officially part of the SELL 2008 Games volunteers, sounds like so much fun! If any of you/your friends are participating, come and say hi to me!
