Speaking of raindrops, we had some impressive rain on Saturday, it just would not stop! Ever since we're back with major humidity. All this really makes me look forward to summer. A lot, lot, lot! In some unrelated news, we went on an adventure to the local Asian supermarket on the other side of town and I got a steamer thing. Yeah, could do the steaming the couscoussière but no, it's not the same. I have a feeling I shall steam many things from now on. Already started last night.

Because I've been bitching way too much lately.

In the land of things that make me happy there is... #4 - seeing that the thing that just wouldn't photograph well digitally came out decently well on film. Like this damn candy box. The Olympus just hated it. The Chinon was a tad friendlier. "Fantastic elastic", as someone said*. #5 - people who know how to use bcc and mailing lists that hide email addresses. It stops idiots from hitting that damned "reply all" button over and over again. #6 - that hour or two before lunch when you're hungry but not so starving that you could chew off an arm. *they also said "loverholic robotronic". Ô, the wisdom that kpop and Shinee** share with us mere mortals. **I'm pretty sure that Shinee takes a few more uppercase letters but they're probably spread out as "ShInEe" and so I can never remember any of that. Useful footnote: I have been saying "fantastic elastic" the whole day today. I cannot trace why it started. I'm almost worried.
