Okie dok, confession time: I don't get all the fuss about truffes. I love most mushrooms, I really do, they're awesome in salads and in sauces and in other things... but truffes? Yeah, I just don't get it. I don't think they smell that exceptionally great, they don't add taste... and yet they cost so much. I guess it's like caviar and other things that costs a lot. But hey, they look like tiny brains.
