There is this larger park behind the Royal Palace in Madrid and it's quite weird. At first I couldn't understand why it was so empty, then I realised that it wasn't a park where people could wander in and use it to cut across because there only seem to be two entrances that are quite far away from the Palace and, actually, one of them doesn't seem like an entrance where you can just walk in but you need some kind of pass. By the GPS on my phone it also looked like there might be a way of exiting close to the Palace but there isn't in reality. So now you know, if you're ever in Madrid, don't waste your time on that park, just go to the smaller one on the right hand side of the Palace, it's nicer!

The difference in what the two versions say makes me think that whoever wrote it thinks Spaniards react better to direct prohibitive orders and anglophones react better to kind requests. And I don't know where I'm going with this...
