What's with this weather?

First, a bit of good news, I've found a way to use that tiny little bag my mum got me for Christmas! Second, yesterday there was lots of sunshine and there was supposed to be sunshine today also. I decided to bring the Mini with me to work so I can go hang out in town afterwards but of course the weather decided to be a party pooper. Instead of sunshine we now have snow falling out of a whitish-grey sky and wind, a lot of wind. Oh well, apparently there should be some sun tomorrow. Fingers crossed. Alrighty. Time for some more Fill in the blanks! 1. If I could medal in an olympic event it would be curling. It's a really awesome sport. Or failing that, I suppose something in downhill skiing would be good... given the number of times I've been on the "olympic" slope in Vars, I've trained enough. 2. If I was stranded on a deserted island I'd take survival kit (with knife, etc.), light food and a boat. 3. Sleds and deep bodies of water are my most irrational fear. 4. I'd rather eat meat at every meal (something I really can't do, even eating meat once a day every day seems pretty bad) every day, than do repetitive things (like classes) every day. 5. I am currently battling against a stupid software to calculate some sort of environmental impact and it's not working! 6. I should really be doing what I'm doing right now, strangely enough. 7. One of my favorite things in all the world is seeing my dad looking for me at the airport when I come back home. He can never spot me, ever.

It still is like that up north, lots of snow, nothing can really disturb that. Given the snow we're having right now I'd say that my "backyard" (the foresty areas of Lauttasaari) will be just like that in a few hours :)

It's not the most impressive thing though, the white trees we had a couple of weeks back were really awesome. the ocean scares me too. although it's more about the creepy little fishes swimming therin than the actual body of water itself. weird? maybe.

wow.. that camera sits really well in that bag. as though that bag was made for that camera. :).. and its a pretty girly bag. guess it suits you well. i wonder what all amazing things will that diana mini see and capture. :) do you use flickr or picasa? if you curl too much wont you get back pains? or that you are born for curling. hehe.. would love to see what symbol would represent a sport such as curling in the olypmics.. :P. i understand why deep water bodies scare you that much. its scares me too. but one my fav animals are the blue whales, but thats another thing. but what scares you about sleds?? eat meat in every single meal??? no veggies?? won't you get tummy troubles if you have too much??

I've never been able to get into using those kinds of sites. I just use the LJ Scrapbook for the photos in my posts and then I have some private back-up galleries on where-is-gali.net but that's pretty much it. I like to keep everything somehow linked to LJ.

About the meat thing, I would never be able to only eat at every single meal but I can't stand even eating meat (with other stuff) at one meal per day. I just see it as a waste of resources... it's one of my main problems with the food back at my parents, I'm really not used to the huge quantity of meat they eat.
