Yesterday I kept on thinking it was Friday and therefore today cannot possibly be Friday again. So yes, I'm being about as productive as a lazy monkey and I swear I keep smelling smoke outside... even though everyone tells me they can't smell a thing. I suppose it could be that the fog has a slight smoky smell to it.
It's almost lunchtime and that means that I will be eating this:

So that's some quiche with eggplant filling and carrot salad and some fruit.
But see, I was productive, I went through the lunch photos right away instead of waiting till next week. Who cares that it's in no way related to my thesis, it's still an accomplishment. Theses can wait. I actually had to write a publication list for the last twelve months and I was surprised at the length of it, I still seem to be on the good track.
And now to the other lunches this week!

Monday.
Woohoo funky light!
Fish leftovers and some cheesecake for dessert. That's a homegrown berry.
Tuesday.
Ate at home.
Wednesday.
Lentils and soy sprouts and some goat cheese to go along. Cheesecake take two.
Thursday.
Filled crepes (one with Vache Qui Rit, one with some tarama and surimi and one with some Brique Président.
And really awesome melon.
Firday.
See above.

When I'll back at this in ten years I think I'll be admiring my dedication to my lunches, especially the dessert part. I don't get people who don't have dessert... eat less of the main dish, eat more dessert, that'll be my campaign slogan if ever I run for president of the universe.
And this monitor makes all the colours look weird but I'll blame that on the fact that it's probably a very cheap one. They look on the mini-comp though. |
