This is what I've been working on. For this one I think I'll post the scans in proper order instead of randomly.

(on the right you can see a Cool Globe that used to be all over Marseille)

I always take one blank shot after I insert a new film... and then straight on to the proper shooting. I don't understand how people can respect the customary three blank shots. Don't they want happy accidents?

(around Marseille)

Attempt 1 at reconstructing the film... if I scan two half shots at once, part of each is lost. So I decided to scan each half shot and then reconstruct the usual format.

(Québec - the city)

And I also made some scanning errors but I don't feel like going back to rectify those just yet.

Have I already declared my love for the Diana Mini and redscale film? It is possibly the best combination in the world.

Redscale film is amazing for that kind of yellowish-orangish glow. I find it absolutely the best thing in the world, I also find the process of getting redscale film amazing! You basically take normal film and put it "backwards" in another roll so that the layers on the film that usually get hit last this time get hit first. Obviously if you have a black room you can do it yourself but these days they're selling them already premade and ready to use, so easy!
