So... International Women's Day. Today. Let's skip the flowers (see a rather interesting cartoon on the whole flower issue) and the "oh, it's your special day" and just remember just how far many have fought to increase women's welfare all over the world and the many problems women still face today. Of course on a grander scale, it would be even better if everyone could lead the life they wanted without having to worry about discrimination, inequalities, etc.
