I've been rather lucky with the sit-ups because my "core" has always been strong because of running so I'm actually always adding 5 to each section and so far I'm at the end of week 5 and it's fine. I started a bet with myself that I could eventually get my 6-pack back but I hate repetitive stuff like that...

The one that's killing me though is the push-up routine, I've never had any arm muscles to speak of and *urgh* I'm redoing week 4 (but moving from 2nd level to 3rd) and I think if I still don't feel comfortable I'll redo it one more time adding a few at the end.

But the whole thing is pretty well made, isn't it? As in I really think one has the time to develop strength over those 6+ weeks.
