The stupid borderline migraine is back. Back with that horrible almost-want-to-throw-up feeling. I blame the weather. Seriously, what's all this grey?

Let's remember some sunnier times (it's supposed to rain all this week-end, I did not sign up for this when I moved back, dammit!)

(Chinon. Agfa 400.)

That sounds like a gang name, right? Hell yeah, I have my own gang...

(Edit: actually apparently it's the name of some football related fan group. For Lens. Not even Marseille. Yeah, I prefer my theory about the gang name or the boy band name better. I reject your reality and substitute my own.)

Et oui, l'art de toujours avoir des mouettes en plein vol dans les photos de la plage...

Badass gang name. It reminds me of some English 70s punk group, actually.

Could be a good punk group name, totally. Or a new era band name, because "gali" is the name of some kind of god too somewhere.

You aren't thinking of Kali, are you?

Very likely that it is spelled "kali" when romanised. It is most often people of Indian decent who tell me that my name is the name related to a god, they probably wouldn't really find any romanisation 100% correct.

Ooh, interesting since Kali is a Hindu goddess. I wonder if your friends were referring to her. As far as Kali goes, I've only seen that name spelled with a "K" because of the connection with "kala". But a) who knows if we're thinking about the same deity, and b) single gods/goddesses have multiple names/spellings (no wonder no one can keep track of them, even my amma and appa have arguments about these things lol).

Being agnostic at best, I've never really bothered asking for more info but I do suppose it must be some kind of link to a Hindu deity. In the end, the one connection I know for sure that can be made with another being named "gali" is "gali the alligator" :D
