cerealjoe| 2011's week 17, aka Easter Monday week. We have to grab at any holiday we can since this year we don't get the usual May 1st and May 8th. Boo.  Tuesday. Left-over duck.  Wednesday. BBQ leftovers.  Thursday. Squishing salad into a tiny space.  Friday. A whole collection of goat cheeses.
