At the Museum of Architecture there were two quite fascinating exhibits - one dealing with sustainability and architecture (mainly from a historical POV with heavy emphasis on the 20th century) and another on the Picasso murals on/in the Y and H-block government buildings in Oslo. I had never heard of Picasso working on murals in Norway but he did and alas the buildings that house them were damaged in the attacks of July 22, 2011. ![]() The KjARTan Slettemark exhibit at the Museum of Contemporary Art reminded me of one of the main points discussed in neuroethics class - if everyone took some kind of Brave New World's soma, would most of art disappear? ![]() |
