I am often quite blissfully unaware of local current events unless they happen right in front of my door (and things that happen in front of my door happen to mostly be of a religious nature, yesterday evening, again, when I was coming back from the shop at around 9PM, there was a wedding or a christening or something going on in the local church, so many prettily dressed peeps). Anywho. I'm usually unaware of important things, such as the local football team won some European championship, but yesterday the news about the King abdicating was something almost everyone was talking about, even though I work in a team where there is only one Spaniard. Apparently he hasn't been popular in years so nobody will really miss him. Oh, and in other news I did post all April's photos for the 365 Day Project on Flickr the other day. Slowly but surely I'm catching up with things!
