What if rabbits came from eggs?

I had almost forgotten that it's laskiaispulla season (or rather it's already almost over)! Last week-end was the annual "all of Helsinki meets up at Koffinpuisto and sleds up until everyone's butt is sore" meet-up, wasn't it? Or maybe it's this week-end. In any case, I cannot not have some laskiaispulla this year... so I'll just have to make my own. Project for Saturday or Sunday! It can't be all that hard. Heck, I used to think that those marzipan roses were super duper hard to make... up until I tried. It's actually child's play. I made these (and then squished up in a glass) for my mum's birthday. Laskiaispulla is probably the same, it's just a yeast dough with cardamom and the filled with stuff once it's baked. And then watch me moan and whine about how I missed that up. ( +2 - update on the tiramisu and shaped eggs )
