cerealjoe: (bsg - six/baltar - a walk in the park)

While drinking that wine we thought it tasted rather nice. Someone looked it up on the interwebs that night, the starting price is 35e. Not bad. (the front glass is kir not the wine itself)

+2 - some decor and what could have been a nice entrée )

Oh yes, look at me touching grass! You know how much that grass costs? Loads and loads and loads. We're talking about thousands of euros just for a few minutes on the pitch... so know that if you're just visiting the SdF you won't be allowed to walk on it, caressing it is just fine (it's very kinky grass).

+3 - some more grass info and where the president sits )

(and that is finally the end of the SdF [all previous entries on that can be seen here], I do have about fifteen unposted posts all typed up in my "to post" folder... when will I ever get to them?)

Woohoo! La classe! Et surtout Gali est super classe, elle prend des photos des douches au Stade de France. Ah ouais.

Funny little bit of info, most of the search engine hits that fall on here are about French footballers for some reason. I don't even mention them all that often...

+6 and a video of us walking down the players' entrance! )

Entrons dans l'antre de la Bête...

They sure do know how to make lamps these days! Look at that green glow... worthy of a proper space craft, if you ask me.

(argh. It's 7:30am on a Sunday and I'm losing my words. I wanted to say "vaisseau spatial qui se respecte", how does one translate that?)

Actually it's just the halls above the hydraulic systems that move the stands at Stade de France.

+3 - walls and explanations )

Stade de France: a tiny town of 80+ thousand people, with its stores, hospital and even police station.

five more of the stuff going on in the background )
cerealjoe: (FMA - god's busy... can ed help you?)

Ah. Let's begin the long process of talking about the Stade de France! Adventures! Adventures! Adventures!

First of all, during a nocturnal visit of the Stade de France you'll learn that it was drawn by four French architects (I'm typing all this from memory so probably half of it is wrong). You'll also see a tiny model of the Stade. Isn't it cute with its little trees there? Awwww... Reminds me of that miniature Shanghai we saw!

four more shot of the pre-visit )

In other news I've reset my Formspring thingy thing, so how about everyone asks me questions?
